Wait, it has a pump and external fans?

I thought the whole point of submerging your system in oil was to make it passively cooled and silent.

Oil holds heat much better than water does so the radiators are actually fairly important.

Even though there wasn't any oil in the video yet, it was pretty slick already

Can't wait for part 2

This is awesome! As far as I know this one of the only professionally done mineral cooled pc guides. This and the next three videos are going to bring in A LOT of new viewers.

Is there any reason for this other than the looks? Advantages vs. Water?

submerge a pc in water and it will explode,

no but seriously it will cool your pc a lot faster.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.

In this video at 5:48, your response to an oil cooled build guide was "No.  Not going to happen.  It's way too much work."  What happened to that lol?

Buying mineral oil like that is extremely over priced... for my oil PC i bought liquid paraffin no its not extremely flammable as most people think its just a very refined version of mineral oil, also dirt cheap i had to buy like 16L for my aquarium saved me alot of money... only down side is its sold as a laxative so you have to buy alot of laxative, i bought mine from http://www.viovet.co.uk/Liquid_Paraffin/c4032/?sct_t=1414699018&sct_q=liquid+paraffin&sct_r=1 was pretty good deal nice people.......

Unfortunately the office lacks both a heat gun and a strainer  :( haha

Maybe those could be a  stretch goal for the kickstarter  :P
