Portable, Powerful Battery Bank

Hello, I have been in search of a portable, powerful battery bank for charging my HTC EVO 4G LTE and Dell Venue 8 Pro when I am at school or work and can't just let them sit near an outlet to charge.

 

I would prefer the battery bank to be over 10,000 mAh, Cost less than $40 usd, Be Black, and be portable.

Any suggestions?

There's an EasyAcc battery bank that I saw someone I know with, seemed to be good. 10,000mAh. Search Amazon.
