A decent 500w would be plenty.

You should be able to get an i5 4690K cpu for not much more.

are you sure thats enough ? because it comes with 800 watt shit power unit.

What about the CPU and the liquid cooling and also fans? do you think it might be enough for that too?

The power draw measured was for an entire system that is more power hungry than yours--not just the graphics card.
