looking to change my mouse, these are my two possible choices

AbsurdDive

Well, i'm planning to change my mouse due to tracking problems (i've tried everything to fix that... but the mouse continues to troll me every once in a while)

I have my eyes on two mice that fit my 60 dollars budget (i'm using US sites as reference, because both mice are available here in argentina)

The Logitech G400s, and the GX Deathtaker

which one should i get? they're both ergonomical.. but.. i don't know how good the "laser" is on the GX deathtaker...compared to the mouse previously mentioned..

any advice / feedback will be appreciated...

in case you guys have some extra choices to look up, let me know in the comments :D

See you on the WAN show chat..or somewhere around the universe

have a pleasant day

p.d. i play a lot of Osu!.. so that's one of the reasons why i want to get myself a comfortable mouse... i'm not buying a tablet.. because they're way too expensive..

I'm assuming you have pretty big hands by the two options you gave.

Have you seen the Corsair M65? I've been looking at it for a while and haven't found one that I liked better

the funny thing is that i don't.. the kinzu is really uncofortable for me, i've used the razer lachesis and i instantly fell in love with it. i'm used to palm my mouse in order to move my forearm and my wrist.. so i feel more comfortable with bigger mice.. the m65 is a bit far from my budget..

plus it's no longer shipped to argentina (bummer)..

I have a death adder and also play Osu!, I love it it's very comfortable but i can't compare it to the logitech.

way off my budget (i wish i could afford it, i used it once and i loved it)

i'm assuming logitech's mice are good because of the history they have.. plus i've seen people still using old logitech mice up till this day.. i'm very confused according to the GX one.. because i bought a pair of headphones of that brand.. and it only took one fall to break them (Gx lychas)..my confidence in gx vanished after that..plus, i entered the GX-gaming site.. and their "laser" mouse has no important data.. like... it doesn't even say the model/quality of the laser...

If you prefer, go for the Logitech G502. 11 programmable buttons allow you to set virtually unlimited macros on the mouse. 12,000 DPI = possibly the best sensor on the market. Not as ordinary in terms of ergonomics, but still excellent if you love macros. AND I mean you LOVE macros.

For something more ergonomic and simple, the Razer DeathAdder is your best best. Great sensor, excellent grip, and simple programmable buttons are making the DeathAdder possible your best value. For more, get the Chroma edition if you desire in RGB lighting.

I second this opinion. G502 is a wonderful mouse, because it has great build quality, no hardware acceleration that all laser mice have, and its just perfect (To me at least). I'm not a logitech fanboy (I'm a steelseries one). But if you can't afford the m65, then you probably can't get the g502.

I also suggest the steelseries rival. It has roughly the same specs as the Razer deathadder, but at a better price.

If none of these suit you, keep in mind that optical sensors will perform better in gaming than laser sensors. If you want a more detailed explanation, search it in the forums or in google.

The G400s is a great mouse, but if you can get one I'd recommend either the Logitech G402 or G502 if just because they have a better cable so it'll be at least a bit more durable.
