Can´t find any Bluetooth devices!

Hello,

I have a huge problem!

2 weeks ago, I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 2 14". It has bluetooth integrated and today I wanted to connect my bluetooth mouse (via bluetooth) to my Laptop and it didn´t work. Then I realized that the pc can´t find ANY devices. Not my phone nether my mouse!

I have activated Bluetooth and Windows tells me that it works, it just can´t find ANY devices. It searches and searches but it finds nothing.

The drivers are installed. I bought the laptop with windows 8.1 on it, so every driver was already installed.

Please help me.

LG Benjamin

Is there a button on the mouse to make the device discoverable?

If you can't convince them, confuse them.

Check device manager, make sure it's showing bluetooth devices. If it does uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
