Lowering 780 ti fan speed below minimum.

Hello, I have the Pait Jetstream 780 ti and the minimum fan speed is locked at 48%(1100rpm) which is super loud compared to the rest of my system. The gpu idles at 6 degrees over ambient, which is great cooling but not so great in terms of noise.

 

Things I've tried:

Custom fan profile in Msi Afterburner

Crawling through Google in hope of a solution

Flashing the bios and set minimum fan speed to a variety of values(20%-38%)

 

But nothing has worked, Any halp?

You will need a hacked bios (a custom one)

I've already done that , used the skyn3t bios and it had already set the min fan speed to 20% but that didn't work. I've read on other forums that if you set a value too low the gpu wont even register it, so i bumped it up to a range of values(38%,40%,43%) which seemed  to work for other people but not for me.
