Network improvement ideas

So I have a wifi network with 7 access points and about 40-50 users on the network. Some users are saying that they are experiencing weak signal near the access points. Each access point has three high gain antennas and they are all tp-link. I am trying to optimize the network with limited knowledge of how to do so. Any help would be much appreciated.

So if the user is off their device and their lease is still good it will degrade the networks performance?

Try WirelessMon. I used it for a few classes in wireless networking, it's pretty cool.
