256Gb 840 Pro failed S.M.A.R.T perameters

DaveOtech

Hi, I am a newbie around the forums here so please tell me if i do anything wrong :)

I looked at the Samsung Magician software today and saw that the uncorrectable error count and the ECC error rate were marked as a FAIL in the S.M.A.R.T perimeters. After looking at a few explinations of S.M.A.R.T. I got the idea that as long as the current value is above the threshold value the drive should be ok?

But I'm still worried since having FAIL written next to error count/rate gives me a sense on impending danger.

Here is a screenshot of the S.M.A.R.T perimeters

Are these values bad or is it just normal degradation for a ssd?
