Best Tuner Card?

So looking to record HD Tv shows on my local over the air channels. What Tv tuner card would be best for this? What one do you recommend? Will a Xbox media remote work with Win 7 media player?

HDHomerun Network tuner

 

Just use a MCE remote you can get one for $14, Or if you want to control everything then Logitech Harmony. But you will need the IR receiver from the MCE remote
