Good camera to record unboxings

Hello there,

I am looking for a camera to make unboxing videos with; I do not want it to be too expensive maybe bang for the buck and stuff like that!

You don't need something that mind blowing, even a higher end smartphone will do fine.

Is the Logitech C920 a good camera? I could put it on a tripod or something and record like that
