Get that HIS 290, a Rosewill Capstone 550W and for the case... whatever you like. Look around for something you think looks nice and fits your budget.

Yep :) Personally I'd shell out a bit more for the nicer looking NZXT S340 though

Well you're comparing two cards of different price points. As much as people may say 970, since you have an mITX mobo and you're getting a good power supply and a case with decent airflow, save your money and get the 290. Yes the 970 will perform better, but the difference isn't worth 100 bucks.
