Need ideas for a build for a friend! His budget is £650. 

- No peripherals.

- No monitor.

- No OS.

- Size doesn't mater....

- SSD & ~1TB HDD 

He's a gamer and professional video editor; uses Vegas & Premier Pro.

 

I used to love putting PCs together on PCPartPicker but since the Haswell Refresh and GTX 900 series, I've lost interest on reading up about the new CPU/GPUs! :(

1080p footage from movies. He makes mash-up trailers like this (Not his video) and general freelance video editing. Also wants to dive into After Effects and 3D work as his current laptop obvs won't run it.

Similar to @SimpleG spec, but consistent Red and Black theme (I do hate these R+B themes, kill me!). Also enough juice for future SLI should the need arise.
