Looking for a new monitor, need help !

Hi all, i'm looking for a new monitor but i'm not sure where to look, i'm finding a small sized monitor if possible around 16inch.

It's for work so i'm having a relatively small budget, at most $200.

  All opinions are welcomed!

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

i'm finding one as a 2nd monitor, currently i have a acer 18.5 by 11inch monitor, can't remember what's the model since i got it from a thrift shop
