Good gaming monitor around CAD $150 or $200

Hi, I'm looking for a good gaming monitor around the price of CAD $150 or $200. I live in the Canadian region so prices are a little bit higher. Can you guys recommend a 23" to 24" 1080p monitor? Is there a big difference between 60Hz, 120Hz, and 144Hz?

Look for the best 1 ms response time one you can find. You won't get 144 hz, 60 is tha max. While there is a big difference there is also a bit difference in the power needed to push it. at 1080p 144 hz for most new games on high-ultra will require sli of a high end card. Not worth it IMO.

Acer h236hl bid. I would only get 120-144hz if you're a hardcore fps player. If you value visuals over framerates, go ips (60hz)
