New Gaming PC

Well Hello, My old labtop is now crashing a lot and is just not fit to play games anymore. So on that note i'm going to need a "Good Enough" system that could possibily be upgraded if I so desire.

Things I need:

Basically a pc

Monitor

OS

Budget : I don't know if I should buy the good parts now and use all of my money, or buy a "good enough" pc and just possibly upgrade later.

So I have around 1.2k-1.3k saved from my job after school. (I will be using United States currency)

I really only want to use half of that but if it is technically less to just buy a "Full Build" then I can't complain

Games I will be playing:

BF4

CS:GO

TF2

LoL

CoD

(Arma, Insurgency. I have bought them but my computer can't handle them. Lol)

(This would be my first time DIY'ing a computer)

(Fractal Design R-4 is arousing) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

(Overclocking sound fun but might be a bit complicated for me but IDK)

Liquid cooling or aerocooling?

Either really but I would prefer the cheaper one.
