3+1 NV Surround Windows animation lack

Hey ltt people.

I have a 3+1 Nvidia surround setup, with 3 19x10 monitor in NV surround(5760x1080), connected to my gtx 770 via HDMI and 2x passive DVI to HDMI converters. My fourth monitor is connected via active DP to DVI converter. THE monitors are locked in a row with the fourth to the left of the three main. I am running Windows 7 x64

The problem is that whenever a window is dragged from the monitors in NVS to the fourth monitor, all animation begins to stutter and lack, like it runs 10-15 FPS. The problem occurs with almost all programs including but not limited to notepad, MS Word(holding down a key for a short time will course the letter to be written in fast succession, even that stutters and runs like 10-15 FPS ), GPU-Z, CPU-Z, Asus GPU Tweak, VLC player, MS media player, IE, Chrome, Firefox and Spotify.

All animation on the main monitors remain smooth, as long a window is not partially on the fourth monitor. As soon as one row of pixels are displayed on the fourth monitor, stutter follows. All drivers are up to date, Windows are updated, and I am running GFE for the GPU drivers.

I think I have a reassembly powerful pc for the res I am running

Does anybody have any clue to what is going on?

I don't believe that the 770 works well with 4 monitor setups, if you were to upgrade to a 970 then there should be no problems.

if the 770 is underpowered, why is the stuttering only happening on the fourth monitor?

Have you tried activating all 4 and seeing if it's still an issue?

Don't run surround. Just have all four on.
