Windows 8.1 BSOD at shutdown (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE)

And this is stupid issue imho. It BSOD's at shutdown only if i was playing Team Fortress 2 earlier. It shutdown fine if i wasn't playing TF2...
I have opened memory.dmp and it says that it's caused by wanarp.sys and bugcheck code is 139 (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE)

Any ideas what could cause this problem? I give link to memory.dmp, it's compressed 300mb file.

Intel Core i5 2500K (Not overclocked)
ASRock P67 Pro3 [b3 Rev.] BIOS: 2.00
Goodram 2x2GB Dual-Channel 1333MHz
OCZ Modxstream 500W
MSI Radeon 6850 Cyclone (OCed to 900MHz)
Crucial M550 128GB SSD (Operating System only)
Western Digital 500GB HDD (Games and stuff)
SilentiumPC Brutus BT-410 case
And USB WIFI card TP-LINK TL-WN7222N

My brother had this problem with his acer laptop, tf2 would leave a process open and oddly that would cause a bluescreen whenever he tried to put it on sleep or shut it down, killing that process stopped it happening, i cant for the life of me remember the name of the process, i dont have tf2 installed so i cant check.

Ok. I will see if TF2 process is still running. Its hl2.exe btw.
