Real-Time sync software for Windows

I'm looking for a program that will allow me to seamlessly sync folders on my computer.

Ideally, I would like it to have the following features:

• Sync files in real time - It should sync the files when they're edited, not just on a schedule
• Run at startup with the computer, so it works seamlessly in the background with no user interaction

The following features are desirable:

• Sync when a USB device is connected (based on the USB device rather than the drive letter allocated to it
• Sync files directly to OneDrive (because I have loads of storage there)
• Maintain backup copies of the files at predefined intervals, deleting the oldest periodically
• Exclude specific files from the sync

I understand that not all of these features are going to be supported by the same program, but this is what I'm looking for. I don't want to have to pay, but I can see that being necessary. The cheaper the better though.

Looks decent, although I can't see a real-time sync option there.

In the options, select Modify, then "When".  There's an option to only sync when there are file changes. This is after you create a sync profile.
