Several decent PC Download deals showed up today at GameStop. All will run through the end of October. For some reason GameStop's digital department serves US customers only.

 

 

Since June 2014, GameStop has revamped their download department. Now they email out Steam/Origin/Uplay keys, whereas before they forced you to download their client software to see the keys.

I don't get your last sentence (and how GameStop does the downloading thing anyway..). 

They email you a Steam, Origin or UPlay key, so yo ucan just download it from one of those services right? 

Doesn't seem like you need a client or something from GameStop, since it's via email

Sorry for any confusion. Correct, you don't need their client anymore. Before June 2014 they made you download their GS app to redeem those keys. Use to be a hassle.

Can US codes be redeemed on UK Steam accounts by any chance?

 

I don't think any of those keys are region locked but you should check on steamdb etc.

 

But GameStop doesn't make it easy for non-US ppl to order... :\
