I just got 980msi gaming and I wanna try out DSR but I really hate Geforce experience other way to use DSR?

 

 

 

Need other software to use DSR!!

You don't have to "use" DSR.  Just have it installed.  Configure once and forget about it.  You can also set it through the Nvidia Control Panel, but not sure if the DSR option specifically requires GFE.

Just crank anti aliasing,  but seriously DSR is nothing new, it's just Nvidia now supporting an old anti aliasing technology look on the forums you'll probably find dozens of older tutorials look up how to upscale to 4k or run higher resolutions... 

Luke even did an episode of LTT on it >.< and I repeat "It's nothing new, it's an overhyped gimmick that you could do the whole time"

You can do downscaling the old way

 

Curious, what is your objection to geforce experiance?

okay I did enable it in control panel now and took 4.00x but still cant pick higher then 1080p in games like in the movie but it seems to look better anyway.

dint need GFE it seems <3  Like for you.

 

But now I have it enable but still cant pick 4k when im inside the game.

I can make my desktop 4k and run games in fullscreen window mode now and damn it looks awesome.

 

 

 

But I wanna run 1080p Desktop and 4k in game settings like in the youtube movie.
