Which one is better? 

 

2800 @ CL16 ($414) or 2666 @ CL15 ($359)?

to be honest i would pick a cas 9 2133 ddr3 ram for 100$ max but in your case go for the  CL15 model the speed deffreince is not that big

2800 vs 2666

 

well in all honnesty just grab what ever is cheaper.

Even 2400mhz is mostly the cheapest if im right?

 

Because the ram speeds dont make any shit diffrence  ;)
