GAWD. When will you people understand that Xeons aren't only made for servers but can also deliver a great bang for the buck for gaming?

I am fully aware of this fact, however, I have a tendency to stick with the mainstream series for obvious reasons. Also, the self-accomplishment of overclocking is something every pc gamer needs to try.

Honestly that's a strong build overall I really don't see any change to be made :)

Maybe a hyper 212 Evo?

Thank you very much for you reply and i might get the Evo because it is also a good cooler.

In this price range i could get a I5 4690k but if i do that i have also to get a Z97 Motherbaord which is like 20 EUR more expensive

Fair point. It's simply my preference to squeeze out as much performance as possible from a product that I purchase, and with the new haswell refresh cpu's, there is a lot you can get from overclocking.

People say the Xeon that i picked is like a I7 only a little bit slower, not overclockable and it has no integrated Graphic which is completely Bullshit for a gamer.

Maybe I am going to get these then :

I5 4690k

MSI Z97 Gaming 5
