lots of salt water :) preferably with electricity running through it.

 

if you dont have that, just cloth and water, i mean its metal, its not really fragile :P

OT: metal is metal, it's not that easy to screw up unless you have some kind of special coating on it. So "same as brushed" should work well.

electrified salt water would just about instantly make your case "unless its very pure aluminium" rust :P
