Corsair RM-850 making loud tick noise when it turns on ?

i just bought the psu from maplins for 130 pounds cash 3 hours ago i just fnished taking out my old ax750 because it blew my gpu D: so i got everything up and running, BUT now when i turn on the system it makes a loud tick noise ?

its scary its a new psu ? wtf psu is fine just a loud tick when it turns on when i press the power button what is it should i be worried ?
