Silver Knight

Okay, just now we had a test, which i flunked, badly.... i literally didn't do anything...

So can anyone recommend me a good site for a math area called Mathematical functions, because for the love of <insert deity name here> i can't understand anything my teacher is saying....

P.S Sorry for typos, i'm using my phone :)

@Deserter15 - I'm in my last year of HS, so i don't have any upper classmen, and i don't know anyone who's good at math, an older than me...

As for classmates, in school time is too short, and we literally live in different ends/parts of the city... Also, they're not that great at explaining math themselves... :(

Do you have a textbook? Just reading the textbook and going through the sample problems should help you grasp the basics and doing the rest of the textbook problems should help you familiarize yourself with the rest of the more tricky questions.

If ya read the textbook and still don't understand what it's saying you'll at least know what topic you are learning and can do a quick google/ youtube search on that topic. Personally i like to watch patrickjmt's youtube videos as he teaches well while only taking up a couple minutes of my time. Here's his channe: https://www.youtube.com/user/patrickJMT/playlists

Well unless you can get someone who's good to teach you, I guess you just need to use google/youtube and hope to find better learning material than what's in your math book.

Of course you can also post your questions here...

Btw, what kind of functions math are we talking about? Any examples?

My learning method is do all past year exam questions (revise before hand for each chapter and ensure you practice after each chapter before attempting exam papers) LIKE EVERYONE OF THEM. Mark yourself and take another look at those which you gotten wrong. Continue this until you've atleast done 5 papers. Then go back redoing all of the questions that you gotten wrong. After wards reattempt each paper and ENSURE you atleast get 90% for each paper. That technique had gotten me to top 5% of my batch xD

@gumzepi - We don't have any textbooks, only our notebooks... Thanks, i'll look at his channel tomorrow, today i'm way to busy...

@Tam3n - I'll try with YT, as for pictures, i'll try to post it/them from my phone...

@xnoobftw - It's nigh impossible to get those question, and if i explained why, i could't post it from my phone, too long of a post... And those problem compilations are way too hard for beginner level questions....
