Any DDR3 1600MHz kit will do.

EDIT: Also, if you haven't bought the CPU yet, I'd go for the 4790K. Doesn't make sense to have a non-K CPU on a Z board. Also, you'll need a BIOS update for that board for the CPU to work. If you haven't bought it, go for a Z97 board instead.

If you want to save some money, get a motherboard with the H87 chipset instead of Z87 because the only difference between the two is that H87 doesn't allow for overclocking and your CPU can't be overclocked anyways. As for memory, just get any 1600Mhz CL9 kit from a reputable brand with good reviews and the best price you can find.

Hi, im building my own PC for the first time i dont know what kind of memory to buy.

My motherboard is Asus Z87-Pro and cpu is  intel core i7-4790.

That motherboard and CPU aren't compatible.

You need to either buy a Z97 motherboard to work with the i7-4790k.  Or stick with the Z87 motherboard and buy an i7-4770k instead.

As far as RAM goes, you only need 8GB of 1600Mhz, 9-9-9-24, 1.5v.  RAM doesn't have much of an impact on performance for gaming.  If you want some premium stuff, get some 1866Mhz, 9 CL  or 2400Mhz, 10CL.

8gb min at 1600 dual channel there is little gain after 1600 in games. get the best timings that are in your budget.
