Will Dynamic super resolution lower fps? i have a gtx 970

System

Well, of course it will. In general, twice the number of pixels being rendered means half the performance.

Of course it will.  Massively.  It's only meant for stuff like Dota 2/LoL where it's not too graphically intensive and you have GPU performance to spare.

Like all above said. Yes, so the only reason to use DSR is if you wanna make some old/less demanding games to get a little bit more eye candy or if they don't support any type of AA.

On recent games will be preferable to actually play with AA before going the DSR route.
