ethernet doesn't have a valid ip AND unidentified network HELP

Hi well last night I got this message unidentified network so i thought it might be windows error so Ii re install the os again but that did not fix it and it still said Ethernet doesn't have a valid ip and unidentified network.

Know the wire is fine as i tested it on my laptop and it good so its not my wire.

My motherboard is asrock H87 PRO 4 and my router is belkin play max router F7D4401 v1.

 

I am also on window 8 pro.

Know I did a few cmd test and here are the results
 

 



Can some please help me I need some help with this.
 

I am not sure if my mother bord is working or if I should send it back rma?

sorry its seems to be fixed mm i did not do anything?

The DHCP server was probably crashed or locked up. A reset can solve things like that. Nothing to worry about, if it keeps happening it's probably a good idea to change the router.

edit: the DHCP server is a piece of software on your router that gives devices their IP adresses.
