Yes, Linus said they were about to host their website on multiples 850 Pro and I just noticed the Powered by in the forum corner lol I was wondering how better the website feel to them of do they had websitye bottleneck or so before

@Krytopsy Yes, depending on what you're doing with your storage.

 

RAID arrays of SSDs are useful in situations where your workloads are very large, like a heavily used database or high-resolution video recording/editing.

 

If you're looking for reliability, a RAID 1 of SSDs is very effective, as is a RAID 5.
 

If you need a LOT of SSD storage, you have no choice but to make a RAID array.

Because actually all my SATA ports and mSATA connector are all used and I'm wondering if it would worth it to make another computer just for storage.

What is your current setup, in terms of amounts of storage and what you use it for?

 

A lot of people in this section of the forum have dedicated storage appliances, you'll definitely get a lot of support if it's something that is valuable to you :)
