Where to download Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010

Hey guys, I've been asked by a friend to install Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student.  However, they don't have the disc anymore.  I've googled this several times, and cannot find a download for the software.  They do have a product key.

microssofts website download trial and then add your code and if that doesnt work

cough kickass torrents cough

But it's still up on Microsoft's database for download, so getting it from a torrent is out of the question because of that.
