LAN Connection Won't Work On Some Things

Hi guys,

Here is how I have my network setup: My modem is connected to an Ethernet switch, which leads to a Xbox 360, PS4, and a power-line adapter which goes to my router and computer. For whatever reason, the connection to the power-line works fine, but the connections to the Xbox and PS4 only show  IP address errors. The consoles also connect fine over WiFi, but refuse to connect over LAN. Has anyone run into this issue before, or knows how to fix it?
