750w is more than you need if anything. A 550w will probably run it.

CPU: i7 3770k@ 4.6Ghz@ 1.23v - GPU: Palit GTX 660ti - MOBO: Asrock Extreme 4 - RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz - PSU: OCZ 650watt - STORAGE: 128Gb corsair force GT SSD/ 1TB seagate barracuda 7200rpm

                                                                                         COOLING: NH-U14s/ 3x Noiseblocker blacksilent pros/ Silverstone Air Penetrator/ 2 corsair AF120s

Depends what PSU, but even a lower end 80+ Bronze 750W like CX750 will do fine.

270's in crossfire + the fx8350 should push a 600W psu closer to its limit. I would spring for the 700w as long as its a reputable brand such as Seasonic, Enermax, Higher end Corsair. That way you can add more hard drives or more powerful graphics cards later down the road.
