Razer synapse freezing

I have a razer blackwidow ultimate 2014 and a razer ouroboros. Every time that I am in synapse changing settings the program will freeze and after a minute it will go not responding and crash. It is not just me with this problem I have friends that have the same thing happen. It is annoying because the mouse dpi, macros and the keyboards lighting, macros all stop working. If anyone has a way to fix this it would help a lot.

I'm also interested in a solution. I have had Synapse crash on me when I try to use simple macros, like open Google Chrome -_-
