Recommendation for budget monitor

Whats a good 1080 monitor with 75-90 hz and a 22"-27" display for a budget of $300-$400?
60hz isn't cutting it for my 970 and i just need a replacement.

That's not a budget monitor... do you live in the usa?

I have this monitor, while the color reproduction is mediocre at best the response time/refresh rate make for a great fast paced gaming. I still prefer my 1440p IPS for all my single player games tho
