Does anybody have this keyboard?

Corsair K70 RGB - If anybody has this keyboard please reply, I have a load of issues and I really want to keep this keyboard.

I know there are Corsair forums but I don't want to make an account for something I will likely never use again.

My issue is that the software always crashes and the LEDs freeze and I can't reload my profile unless I un-plug it and plug it back in. Which is pointless because it will just crash again. I suppose I got off to a bad start with Corsair and I already scheduled for a return but a part of me really wants to keep this keyboard.

I don't know what to do please help. I usually deal with Razer products to which most people's surprise give me no problems at all.

uninstall the software and install it again, that doesn't sound as a hardware problem.

I've tried that, it didn't work. The same problems just seem to be reoccurring. I already set up a return for this keyboard, but the build quality is supposed to be superb so I don't know what to do.

did you read the manual provided in the corsair internet page, that must help, and i would really recommend going to the corsair forums before returning it

I know but I don't know what to do, Amazon could send UPS tomorrow to pick it up... I can't find any similar topics online... I could keep trying but I don't know. A part of me also wants to keep my $200, however I like the keyboard a lot. I was hoping someone on these forums would know what's wrong. Thanks for the help though, I appreciate it.

Format windows... end thread

 

I have the K70 RGB MX Brown (with the corsair gaming logo) and I have no problem.

 

ps: did you update the firmware and the CUE? and the problem is software, not hardware. Corsair will release an update before the end of october
