vb 2008 about box problem

It's been awhile.

 

I think About will open the actual windows-generated about. Not the about.vb you are creating?

 

(I  am probably wrong...)

for some reason the icon that i chose still remained though

im trying to create a about box for my program so i edit the text on the about box but when i run the program and open the about box the same text i put in does not appear
