Overclocking how to's

Well I have recently built my very first computer and am extremely satisfied with the results. However I have found that although my graphics card came with GPU Tweak (being and Asus 750Ti) I have absolutely no clue what to do with it. I would greatly appreciate elaboration on what should be done to overclock GPU's and maybe even reliable softwares with which to do so. Thank you

I prefer Msi Afterburner: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

It's pretty straightforward. Raise the core clock for more performance, watch your temps and make sure they don't get too high, and raise your voltage or lower your clock speed for more stability. Test stability with some games or benchmarking software of your choice.
