Best 27 inch screen for gaming

BGBex

Hi all and Linus.

I’m looking for the best 27 inch gaming and colorful monitor in the market.

My first pick is the benQ xl2720z  that have a resolution of 1920x1080 but in don’t mind going for a monitor that provide 2560x1440 but I just can’t find one that fit in the ''colorful'' criteria

So, if you guys help or even expert Linus advise would help J

Thanks !

Regards

Colorful in over satured panels or color accuracy?

I assume you don't want to run above 60Hz so you just can get any 1080p/1440p 27" IPS panel.

Price range?

Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly; the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly.

If you want nice colour, stay away from the benq stuff because most of their monitors are TN panels, meaning they have horrible colour accuracy but nice 120/144hz refresh rates.

actually i would be interested in a 27" 1440p screen aswell. any suggestions under 500?

@BGBex: for that money you could get the 34" lg Ultrawidescreen. if i had that kind of money to spend id probably get one of those. linus has videos on some of those, if you cant picture what it would be like.
