Fedeger is active, he logged on yesterday so I think he is aware that he won. Unlike MyMouseGoesVROOM he hasn't been on since September 11. So I think there might still be a chance for the pc

by "active" we don't just mean is online, but is a major participant in the community.

Thats what makes me laught everytime I saw someone whining about giveaways with post count limits. They are always thinking that limit would be something they have passed. Why not put it to 5k or as you said, 10k.
