CM 11 snapshot update

Hi, so I've used the cyanogenmod tool to get CM11 on my Samsung Galaxy S3, and as far as I cand see it's a snapshot release from some time ago. My camera has been a bit buggy, and so I thought I'd update my snapshot with the latest one. What I'm wondering about though is, what should I copy backup? I'm using clockworkmod to do a full backup so I can restore everything back the way it was if something goes wrong. What should I backup with other tools, and with what apps?

Clockwork is capable of backing up everything on a ROM. including numbers/text/apps. but most of this stuff will be synced and re downloaded on signing in to your gmail account again.
