How to factory reset phone with safe storage wipe ?

I want to completely wipe my phone so nothing is recoverable or is still in memory after the reset ? ( no i didn't kill anyone and take pictures of it ).

 

Factory resetting phone from settings still leaves storage full of stuff that may interfere with device performance ( especially storage speed is why i decided to reset it and root it since the performance was getting shitty) And i want it to be at paragon condition when i root it in a few minutes .

 
The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE i9305 . And i'm gonna follow this guide for rooting http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_i9305

Thx captain obvious, i know you have to fill it with 0s or some data but how ?

Does Samsung not have software you can download to your PC to do this for you?  My Nokia Lumia has this program that erases everything to the point it even has to redownload the OS again.  Hell, even iTunes has this feature for the iPhones.

No it still does the simple reset . ok then i'm going to reset and start rooting

Samsung is poo...  This is why I never buy their products...

I wanted a nexus at the time... it even was cheaper , but damn parents had samsung and wanted me to have samsung too ( FOR WHATEVER EFFIN REASON )

Go to advance settings and choose the lock, gps, wipe setting
