So I'm having a hard time deciding which case to buy. These are the cases I'm considering. (Sorry for the many choices!)

The H230 is a more silence-optimized case, and it isn't really great for airflow. I would buy either the S340 or the Phantom 240, but that depends on which look you prefer.

Because it's a good case? Cheap and small but good quality. And if you like TTL at all he gave it a white gold award basically. The review said gold but his one complaint only laid in the review copy which was fixed in the consumer versions.

S340 or Enthoo Pro.

 

S340 would be my top choice. Just love the setup and simplicity.

Well, if a second gpu is all the expansion you're considering, then a matx case would still be good, especially one with 5 expansion slots rather than 4, like the Bitfenix Prodigy M for instance :)

Vs the H230?

 

 

Again I have to say the S340 the H230 was a case I was going to get a year or so back but it has limited space for air coolers and no window + no top exhaust and one sided front intake I decided against it and went with the mini r2 instead.

S340 if you have the money and don't mind the restrictions of the case.

 

Other than that, the Rosewill Challenger if you're on a smaller budget. It kicks the H230's ass becasue 1) it looks like it's from the same OEM and 2) it includes more fans and has better air flow. It's just better all around, so long as you don't mind the "look-at-me" aesthetics. Heck the H230 is very similar to the Source 210 except in looks/nuances and fans, which is also the same OEM as the Rosewill Challenger. Really, the Challenger is hard to beat because it ticks of every single positive box except for dust management (and cable manage can be cramped, although still good).

 

The S340 is still better than the Challenger though because it has all that and more. I also like the Fractal Core 3500. That's another really great budget case once you get over the fan controller placement, but heck at least it HAS a fan controller and it's only $50!!

Personally, I love the look of NZXT's S340. I am planning to use the case on my next build. But I believe that it comes down to opinion and what look you prefer, so I couldn't really decide for you. All of them are great cases  :)

Personally, I love the look of NZXT's S340. I am planning to use the case on my next build. But I believe that it comes down to opinion and what look you prefer, so I couldn't really decide for you. All of them are great cases :)
