Yeah I have tried, though I get limited support as I get no warranty here, the nvidia guys on the geforce forum are helpful though really slow to reply

I didn't expect to get any support for the same reason, guess I just got a decent agent. Every issue I've had I've always asked if it were possible to speak to him again, I can check my mail and try and did his name/id out if you want??

One of my issues was a bricking/

I've got you now, yeah best play it safe. I mean of course if it can't be fixed you would "have" to buy a Shield Tablet (I like excuses to buy things, just wish the money aspect was as easy lol)

Unzip the SDK and look for the adb folder or something like that. It should have ADB files somewhere. And also yep i will be able to help you.

Well I think you might be better off asking that on these forums .. http://forum.xda-developers.com/nvidia-shield

as XDA has always been my source for ROOT / unlocked bootloaders and custom roms, all of which i have never had an issue with, and have even developed some of my own work there.

Anyway your issue looks like you can get into recovery, so you should be able ot re-flash a good rom onto it,

but all of that 'how to' and stuff should be on that forum.

uou really only need a 400kb file to be able to run ADB and FASTBOOT anything that wants to do an install is Um wrong IMO as i know i can copy the files needed anywhere and they will run.!

heres a zip Damn it wont let me attach it!

but here it is just needs upacking and runing no installing needed

That might actually work.. I had a usb wifi adapter that had a bad contact, threw it against the wall and now it works like a charm! So you might want to give it a shot (see what I did there??)

Seeing that this had happened 3 times, do you happen to have a custom recovery installed?
