Sata Express advise!

I'm building a computer soon and my motherboard is sata express compatible. My first question is will it work with a Samsung 850 pro ssd and my second question is will it make much difference? Thanks :)

850 Pro is regular SATA, you don't need SATA Express to be able to use it, as it will work with any motherboard with regular SATA ports. SATA Express is just for futureproofing for newer, faster SSDs down the road that can take advantage of the extra bandwidth.

Like @Enderman stated, SATA Express SSDs don't exist yet, at least not consumer ones (Probably not even enterprise).  The Samsung 850 PRO uses standard SATA 3 (6gbps). So yes it should be compatible.
