Should I get Destiny?

It's borderlands (without any actual story and interesting characters) mixed with vanilla WoW. If you are still fine with MMOs from 2004 then go for it, I think that we've learned from vanilla WoW and that a modern game really shouldn't be that way.

You said it. Everybody that says Vanilla wow was the best a just a bunch of short-sighted people filled to the brim with nostalgia.

 

As for destiny I hear the same thing over and over. PvP has no depth or strategy and PvE is boring

I hear that Destiny is a very fun and addicting game and I have plenty of friends who play it. Even a member of the PC gaming master race LevelCapGaming loves Destiny, so I was wondering if it is a good idea to buy Destiny and dust off the old PS4.

I have heard it is very very repetitive and gets boring very fast.

I think borderlands presequel sounds better, and I am not even getting that.

 The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?

I've never played it personally, so definitely get some input from folks who have, but Joe's review helped me decide not to get it.

The problem is my friends are in the higher ranks ~23 and they most definitely won't play with a low ranker like me. I just need a reason to use my PS4.

Alot of content for an fps, but less content for an mmo/rpg point of view. I think it should've just did a borderlands-ish game and sticked with a story and removed the mmo part of it. Otherwise, I still think this game should be named as an early access game, since they still have much to add to make it a true mmo/rpg. That is what I see from it so far at least.

I personally love it, I have it for the Xbox One. I don't have much time to play it, hence why I don't get bored of of it, but I can see it being boring after a while as you are basically doing the same thing. As was said, it reminds me a bit of a dull borderlands with it basically not having a storyline and no depth to the character. If you have friends to play with I would recommend it though
