Will a Playstation to Usb 2.0 work?

Nolo70986

I have this Madcatz Mc2 steering wheel and pedals from almost 9 years ago and it has a PlayStation, Xbox, and GameCube plug-in and I was thinking about ordering a Playstation to usb converter so I didn't have to buy a whole new steering wheel just to play a couple racing games and I wasn't for sure if it would work or not so I was going to google it but instead I came hear to ask some intelligent people, like you. Here's the cable I'm thinking about buying (If it will work): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000F6BGXY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and heres the steering wheel:

Any one know if it will work?

After reading the reviews I think it might actually work. I know the standard controllers will work fine(because that's what its intended for), but people got Guitar Hero controllers and Dance Dance Revolution pads to work, so I imagine your wheel and paddles will work too. You might need need to use something like Pinnacle Game Profiler or Xpadder to make it fully work, but at minimum it should be recognized as an HID(Human Interface Device).

I don't know for sure though. Since the adapter is $5-something, its not much of a loss if it doesn't work.

Okay cool hopefully it works because I don't want to spend 50-100$ on something I basically already have, thanks! :D
