Enermax Ostrog Budget case

Hi and thanks for looking at my review

I’m going to do a brief review of the ostrog from enermax and I have included a video for your viewing pleasure.

This mid tower case supports both ATX and mATX, comes in 3 main colours, black, white and pink and has a mesh around the front panel that not only comes in different colours but is also interchangeable. It supports 4 x 5.25” bays, 5 x 3.5” internal and 1 x 3.5 external for a hot swap bay. It has room for 8 fans but only one molex fan is included, has 7 expansion ports and some ok cable management.

It’s priced around £40 or $55 in the US

Back on topic, it actually looks pretty nice considering the cost. I would, however, prefer to not have those ugly fan vents on the window...

Nope. Hate how phrases have been shorten so much that you can't even tell what it means from looking at it.

 

Ditto on the fan vents. And also wished the window only showed the mobo, the bottom fan, psu wires (even if you dont see them that much at all, you still see them) and drive bays are pretty ugly imo.

I really should've gotten the Ostrog... Oh well... There's still the Fumizuki Project for that...

I've got the same case! Except mines all black, and it doesn't say "Ostrog" on the front.

And of course Enermax being Enermax, they ruin the side panel with those vents. I think it's a good case except for the 3.5" and 5.25" bays.

i forgot to put this in but the 3.5 bay at the very bottom cant be used with a fan in the bottom and yeah it it would look better without the vents

 

its a good case for the money...but its still going to get swapped xmas for a h440 in white

For the money, I think it's a pretty good case. I have to agree with everyone else though, it would look a lot better, if there weren't any fan vents in the window. But other than that I like it :)
