Silverstone Raven RVZ01 Cooling Question

Hi everyone!
Long time lurker first time poster.
I was wondering if I could pick your guy's brain on an issue I'm having. I have an Asus Maximus VII Impact running an i7 4790k and a corsair h55 all crammed into a silverstone raven rvz01. My temps are less than satisfactory on the cpu spiking as high as 90 with a 4.6 overclock. This could be due to the fact that I have to use a low profile fan due to size constraints. My question is what kind of cooler do you guys think would work best considering my size restraints/oc needs?
EDIT: I'm open to air coolers as well I'm just looking for the best solution for my size

i suggest to remove that OC, because 90 c is too damn hot.

I did remove the OC but temps really didn't change all that much. I'm at 4.6 with almost no voltage increase.

@mojanger I'm open to the idea but I'm not sure how I could make that logistically work. My budget for a cooler is around $70-80 as well.

Anyone have any suggestions? How is the Noctua NH-L12? Temps good on a 4790k?
