Can't decide between a Corsair 750d and a Fractal Design Define XL R2

Smackel

I am currently stuck in a bit of conundrum with 2 options facing me for a new case. A little background first on my current case. I got a Rosewill Thor V2 for cheap and have been loving the full tower convenience. The problems with my Thor are that it's not very good looking, has poor watercooling support (both AIO and Custom, I'm currently uusing a Kraken x41) and poor cable management space. In my quest for a better replacement I've come upon 2 options, the 750d and Define XL R2. I will go over my pros and cons for each.

Option 1-Corsair Obsidian 750D $149.99

This is the first case I considered. My main reasons for considering this case include the window on the side showing beautiful internals. It also seems to have some of the best cable management available, every review I watched highlighted the impressive cable management space and loops for cable tiedowns. This case does not seem to be silence optimized and is more expensive than the Define XL. The 5.25" slots also look ugly with something in them.

Option 2-Fractal Design Define XL R2

I discovered this case after some further research due to my obsessive desire for quiet. The main appeal of this case is its crazy silence optimization and beautiful scandinavian looks, better looking in my opinion than the 750D in my opinion. The cable management looks good but not quite as admirable as the 750D, I may be wrong though feel free to prove me wrong. The case does not have window for showcasing the internals which makes me sad but is not a complete deal breaker for me. The 5.25" slots are also hidden behind a nice looking door that saves me from a ruined consistent front.

Option 3-Convince me I don't need a full tower and suggest a great midtower

If you believe that a midtower would be better convince me, I'm open-minded to to other suggestions. Here's my parts list for reference http://pcpartpicker.com/user/smackel/saved/n3DQzy (I know my ram's bad I'll upgrade when prices drop)

a Fractal Define r4 or a 450D would be better for an ATX build. the Define XL is for EATX boards mostly.

ID say get either the H440, or the corsair 450d, you dont need anything else bigger unless you are doing a 3-4 way SLI/Crossfire.
