Windows 7 Freezes on Log in Screen for a few seconds and then the desktop shows... Normal ?

Title pretty much says it all. 

 

Never had this happen before. 

 

Also I would like to add when I remove one of my hard drives that has nothing to do with windows or honestly anything on my desktop windows wont boot.

 

Honestly I have no clue why...

 

I did install windows of the USB. 

 

Converted the CD version into a ISO and then onto my USB. 

 

Not sure if that has anything to do with it but I wanted to add that.
